Why Give?

There is no greater investment than in the excellence of education for our Jewish children. At the heart of our mission is a commitment to ensure that Hillel is affordable and we believe strongly that all families wishing to give their child a Jewish day school education should be able to do so, regardless of financial ability. Without philanthropic support, we would be unable to achieve our mission.

Financial stability enables Hillel to attract and retain quality teachers, enhance our commitment to innovative education, and provide much-needed tuition assistance to meet the demands of over half of our students.

Tuition, fees and other revenue cover the majority of Hillel’s annual operating budget, however, a gap does exist. We depend on community support to bridge that gap every year to ensure we meet our families’ needs.

Hillel is deeply grateful to all who give generously at whatever level and we invite every parent, grandparent, alumni, alumni parent, staff, and community member to make Hillel a philanthropic priority and help us fulfill our mission.

There are many ways to support Hillel Day School including the following: Hillel Day School Annual Fund, Memorial and Honorary Tributes, Mezuzah Dedication, Planned Giving, Sponsor a day of learning, and/or event sponsorship.
