Early Childhood Center

At Hillel’s Early Childhood Center, we know preschool sets the tone for future love of learning. We focus on building comfort, confidence and community among our youngest students. We accept students from 18 months to five years of age.

No two days are the same in our ECC.

Our loving, highly qualified teachers facilitate interactive learning through a play-based curriculum designed to harness children’s imagination and creativity while promoting problem solving, critical thinking, motor skills and language development. We also instill a love of Judaism through Shabbat celebrations, holiday fun and everyday experiences.

With visits to the music and art studios, greenhouse, Maker Space and gymnasium, ECC students become an instant part of the wider school community and develop deep pride in being a Hillel student.

“When kids are here, this is their home. We want them to feel loved, like they’re in a warm place, like they’re safe and comfortable. We believe that if we can make children feel good about themselves, they can do anything.”
